In a lidded vessel of choice, combine the rose, damiana, ginger, cardamom, rose hips, ashwagandha, hibiscus, saffron and vanilla.
Give all a good shake to combine.
Store the tea in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
To use: Place 1 tablespoon of the tea blend in a tea ball, infuser or muslin tea bag and put in a favorite mug. Pour boiling water into the mug and let it steep for 10 minutes. Give the plants a squeeze or press to get maximum plant power upon removing from the mug. Cozy up and enjoy!
