Aphrodisiac Tea

  • 2 tablespoons dried rose petals
  • 1 teaspoon damiana leaf powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried ginger root
  • 1 green cardamom pod open the pod and use the seeds
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosehips
  • ½ teaspoon ashwagandha root powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried hibiscus
  • ¼ teaspoon saffron threads
  • teaspoon vanilla bean powder


  • In a lidded vessel of choice, combine the rose, damiana, ginger, cardamom, rose hips, ashwagandha, hibiscus, saffron and vanilla.
  • Give all a good shake to combine.
  • Store the tea in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
  • To use: Place 1 tablespoon of the tea blend in a tea ball, infuser or muslin tea bag and put in a favorite mug. Pour boiling water into the mug and let it steep for 10 minutes. Give the plants a squeeze or press to get maximum plant power upon removing from the mug. Cozy up and enjoy!
