DIY Body Polish Recipe

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground oats, and brown sugar.
Slowly add almond oil and mix until the consistency resembles wet sand. Adjust the amount of oil as needed to achieve the desired texture.
Stir in honey and vanilla essential oil, if using.
Transfer to a clean, airtight jar.
Notes
To use: Massage onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse off with warm water. Use within 2–3 weeks and store in a cool, dry place.
