DIY Body Polish Recipe

Get smooth, hydrated skin with this DIY almond and oat body polish. Made with natural ingredients, it exfoliates for a spa-like glow at home.

Materials

  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup finely ground oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp almond oil or jojoba oil
  • 1 tbsp honey optional, for extra hydration
  • 5 drops vanilla essential oil optional, for a cozy scent

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, ground oats, and brown sugar.
  • Slowly add almond oil and mix until the consistency resembles wet sand. Adjust the amount of oil as needed to achieve the desired texture.
  • Stir in honey and vanilla essential oil, if using.
  • Transfer to a clean, airtight jar.

Notes

To use: Massage onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse off with warm water. Use within 2–3 weeks and store in a cool, dry place.
