DIY Facial Cleansing Grains Recipe
These easy DIY facial cleansing grains have fabulous exfoliating power, yet are gentle enough for sensitive skin. This botanically-infused recipe also carries the magical scents and soothing benefits of lavender and chamomile.

With a mortar and pestle or food processor, crush/pulse the dried lavender and chamomile flowers until they resemble a coarse powder.
In a medium mixing bowl combine the crushed flowers, clay and oat flour. Stir until well combined.
Keep stored in a dry place for up to one year.
To use: mix one part cleansing grains with one part water. Lightly run the mixture all over your face in a circular motion. Rinse with cool water.
You only need about a dime sized (approx 1/2 tablespoon) amount of cleansing grains per cleansing session.
