Cardamom Ginger Coconut Milk Bath

Materials

  • 1 cup powdered coconut milk
  • 1 cup coarse sea salt or Epsom salt
  • ½ cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 4 green cardamom pods freshly ground

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk powder, salt, flour, ginger and cardamom.
  • Mix well.
  • Keep this milk bath stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to one year.
  • To use, scoop ¼ cup of milk bath into a bathtub under warm, running water.
