DIY Green Tea Sugar Scrub Recipe

Green tea sugar scrub is super simple to make at home. Check out this easy DIY for smooth, glowing skin in minutes!

Materials

  • 1 cup granulated sugar white or raw
  • 2 green tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose green tea
  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 tsp vitamin E oil optional
  • 5–10 drops essential oil like lavender or lemon, optional

Instructions

  • Cut open the green tea bags and pour the dry leaves into a mixing bowl.
  • Add the sugar and melted coconut oil, and stir until fully combined.
  • Add the vitamin E oil and essential oils if using, and mix again.
  • Spoon the scrub into a clean jar with a lid. Store in a cool, dry place and use within 2–3 weeks.

Notes

To use: Gently massage onto damp skin in circular motions, then rinse off with warm water. Great for use on hands, body, and feet.
Storage: Use this sugar scrub within 2-3 weeks.
