Materials

  • 3 tablespoons plain castile soap
  • 1 tablespoon carrier oil of choice I like to use sweet almond oil
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin
  • 9 drops lavender essential oil
  • 7 drops chamomile essential oil
  • distilled water

Instructions

  • In an empty foaming hand soap dispenser, add the soap, oil, glycerin, and essential oils.
  • Fill the remainder of the dispenser with distilled water.
  • Screw the lid onto the dispenser and give everything a good shake until well combined.
  • Use and enjoy!
